Features:
The instrument adopts microwave non-pulse continuous automatic frequency conversion control, extending the service life of the equipment and ensuring the uniformity of electromagnetic waves. The cavity is specially made of 40L large-capacity 316L stainless steel material. The self-locking explosion-proof door ensures the safety of operators and the integrity of the door structure in case of abnormal reactions. The door and cavity are tightly sealed, and microwave leakage complies with national standards. The instrument uses a dual-control system for temperature and pressure to monitor and display synthesis experiments in real time. The 360° continuous rotation ensures uniform microwave distribution, providing identical microwave conditions for all samples and improving the consistency of experimental results. When the pressure inside the vessel exceeds the set safety value, the microwave heating automatically stops. The explosion-proof membrane features a dual safety function: if the pressure exceeds the membrane's capacity, it ruptures first to release gas, preventing damage to the vessel and ensuring operator safety.
